      Your Child's First Day

      Starting care is an exciting milestone for your child and your family. To help your little one feel safe, comfortable, and prepared, here’s a helpful checklist of what to pack for their first day at The Hive Early Learning Centres:

      • A labelled backpack or bag
      • At least two changes of labelled clothing
      • A sun hat for outdoor play (we follow SunSmart guidelines)
      • A water bottle with your child’s name
      • A comfort item (if needed), such as a dummy, soft toy, or blanket
      • Any required medications with documentation
